JUST PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE Cashier forgot to apply the discounts and overcharged me by a LOT of money. I show them my receipt and the manager agreed that she rung me up wrong. Can I have my money back? Shame on you Bath & Body Works ! I went into the store to redeem my birthday promotion of 1 free item up to $9.95. To my surprise I was unable to get an 8 ounce bottle of Rainkissed Leaves lotion. It is a discontinued scent that is part of the $4.99 simi annual sale. The associate informed me that it was not an eligible gift because it has a list price of $15.95. That is NOT the way to treat a loyal customer. Especially on her birthday 🎂
Placed an order online this morning. It is after 6 pm and still no email confirming order is ready for pickup. Tried calling several times. No answer. Terrible customer service. Soon there will be no Bath & Body due to this. I’m not the only unhappy customer. There are plenty other stores willing and able to take my money.
Spells great in here, lil pricey but great quality products though.
