I always love coming to this store! I visit a lot since I live around the corner. Its so sweet because they recognize my bf & I and point us to new stuff they think we would like! (Which we never expect but it’s nice when it happens) They are all so friendly, welcoming, and helpful! I definitely recommend coming here, you will be met with the sweetest people. Also shoutout to James!!
I wont shopping at this store until the manager Jackie is no longer there. First off, she had a scarf on her head, very unprofessional. She was rude and not helpful. She has no product knowledge and has no people skills at all. I wont be spending a dime with this business until she is gone. Do better!!!
I went into the store with my Grandmother and the employees Bendina and James were so helpful and polite. She even helped my grandmother with her basket and asked if she needed any help out and James walked us to the door. Now that’s customer service.
GIVES JAMES A RAISE OR MAKE HIM SUPERVISOR PLEASE! He was such a damn delight, best interaction I could’ve had between myself, James, and another customer. All three of us had such a lovely time, he has us both handled together, enjoying talk and shopping, and even helped all together carry items for each other to our cars. 10/10 experience and I WILL be coming back to hop fully see James running it !
