They are always so friendly at this location! I never feel bad about asking silly questions about coupons or sales, and they always have answers and know what promotions are going on. As a retail worker myself, it’s good to see such great customer service from them again and again.
my friend and i stopped in after grabbing lunch and the employee working, Maverick, was amazing. There was some issue with the register we were on and he was so kind and apologetic, we know this happens so we had no issue waiting because we understand. But he was so kind the WHOLE time, and even started joking with us while dealing with the computer system. 10/10 employee, definitely deserves a raise
This review for strictly for the staff at the Greene. Katelyn, the store manager is AMAZING. Her customer service went above and beyond! Gabe at the register was outgoing and super friendly. As far as the products, we all know they smell great and most of the time deliver BUT they are getting way to expensive if you ask me. 39 for a candle all because the lid is different. NO THANK YOU. And changing the items you can get for free with rewards, again NO.
Went to BBW today for some car fresheners and had the most pleasant interaction with Gabe! He was my cashier and was so friendly and inviting. He took his time to talk about car fresheners scents and products! Very sincere and knowledgeable. Thank you Gabe!
