Always some kind of deal to be found on a great variety of their products.
I have never had a bad experience with Bath & Body Works until today. I was looking at products that was going to be marked down, as I was waiting to ask salesperson a question; the cashier loudly (while waiting on other customers) tells me not to look at the items. I stated to her that I had a question regarding the items. Now, mind you I had just spent almost $200 as I was waiting to ask a question (which would have meant me spending more money). absolutely LOVE this store! the staff are always so sweet, welcoming, and helpful! everyone in there is wonderful, but let me tell you, Heather is PHENOMENAL! she was so kind, so easy to talk with, and so so amazingly helpful :) she is so knowledgeable and went absolutely above and beyond helping me out! i will absolutely continue being a loyal customer to this store, and i hope to see her in there again<3
They are always so friendly at this location! I never feel bad about asking silly questions about coupons or sales, and they always have answers and know what promotions are going on. As a retail worker myself, it’s good to see such great customer service from them again and again.
