I had a really disappointing experience at the Great Lakes Mall Bath & Body Works with an employee named Holly. I’ve been a longtime Bath & Body Works customer and love coming in to browse new releases and smell fragrances before deciding what I want. I came in specifically to smell the new summer scents. When I walked in, Holly greeted me and I told her I was just browsing.
