I had a really disappointing experience at the Great Lakes Mall Bath & Body Works with an employee named Holly. I’ve been a longtime Bath & Body Works customer and love coming in to browse new releases and smell fragrances before deciding what I want. I came in specifically to smell the new summer scents. When I walked in, Holly greeted me and I told her I was just browsing. Amazing location! Been going here for a couple years now, each time I go the store has always been clean and organized! The employees go out of their way to make you feel special.
