I have always found exactly what I wanted (and many things I didn't know I wanted😊) at my Mentor OH store. It is very inviting and beautiful and is always well-stocked. The clerk who helped me find my fragrance was sweet.
I felt so uncomfortable in here. A worker immediately pounced on me as soon as I stepped foot inside and was pretty much hounding me the entire time. I just wanted to look around and smell some fragrances, but she followed me around and sprayed all the perfumes for me. I felt awkward and stressed the entire time that I didn't even want to shop anymore, but she kept pressuring me to buy things. I understand they need to make money, but it was super uncomfortable and I ended up buying something I didn't even want.
