Terrible customer service store says it's open to 8pm went to the store to pick up my order at 3pm on a Thursday afternoon the gates are closed called customer service and they are oblivious to how a customer should be treated no apologies with a brand as big as them it's pathetic. Will never purchase from this brand again.
I love purchasing candles, hand soaps, and wallflowers from here! Customer service is always 10/10.
