Just aggravating when you place an online order and it's the wrong item and you have to drive 45 minutes to go back due to their negligence. My husband picked the order up because I figured your staff was competent enough to pick the things I actually ordered. Make sure you check your orders.
Staff were so friendly. I've been to other bbw stores and they give off the most stuck up behaviors. Seriously, they were cool from the door openers to the lady's at checkout
They provide great service. They’re not overbearing and super helpful. I love that they already have the new fall scents out. The new candle stand are also inventive and gorgeous!
