Sami (hope I got her name right) helped me identify the scent I was super nostalgic for that I had been struggling to find and then suggested an alternative (which I did end up buying) when it turns out it's not sold anymore! Very good customer service :)
One of the WORST customer service locations I have ever been to. The shelves were empty, no one to help you, and when I asked for help today, she had NO IDEA what she was even doing. Store manager should be replaced asap. This location is horrible
I have a favorite scent that I buy and they are never out of it. It's busy in the store, but they route you to the counter quickly among the crowd and you are out of the door!
