The assistant manager is rude. I went in looking for a new scent and as a female, he kept recommending men’s products for me.
Wallflower refills, 5 for $28.00. I feel as though the Wallflower line of plug ins last longer than Glade and AirWick. There are so many more scents to choose from too!
Ryan, Emily and Sarah W. Are the absolute BEST in customer service!!!!!!! It was my best experience in that store EVER!! Ryan took the time to help me find every item on my list. He was sweet, professional and very kind. Sarah W. Helped me find a new fragrance to use as a body spray! She had patience, and was extremely knowledgeable. THANK YOU Ryan and Sarah W. For the best shopping experience I’ve ever had at Bath and Body Works!! You are both a great asset to the company.
