Don’t waste your time. I drove 70 miles to the store on Friday 08/01/25 afternoon and the lights were on but a sign in front of the doors saying that the store was closed. I went specifically to this store in the outlets for nothing. Waste of my time and gas. Absolutely terrible with people traveling long distances. Below zero stars.
Make sure you call this store and confirm that they are open even if they are supposed to be!!! Drove 30 minutes to the store and they were closed when people were inside working (it was 1pm on a Wednesday). Called the store and they wouldn't give me the order I've already placed and paid for. Terrible customer service. Will not be back.
Put my online order back even though the store has not been open for 3 days! Wild!
I placed an order a few days ago. Monday the store was closed. Wednesday "today" I get an email that says my order is ready for pickup at 9:30am, I drive 45 min to get my order. Mind you the website has no indication that the store is opening later. I show up at 11am and a sign on the door says temporarily closed. I call the store and the voice recording says they are down until 1pm. I stay in the area, At 1:27 I go to get my candles and sign is still up.
