I went in today on Halloween to purchase a few Wall Flower refills and I checked out with a team member named Shae- she was absolutely amazing! Her energy and mood was so upbeat and happy and it’s impossible not to be happy when you talk to her. She also was so sweet and refused to give up on my 25% coupon from scanning! Shae knows how to provide top notch customer service and that is rare nowdays. Give her a raise!!!
Chae the manager is the best!! Super helpful! Very knowledgeable! And great customer service!!! Sorry if I spelt your name wrong:)
So slow to check out.
