Good customer service is very hard to come by nowadays due to incompetence staff with little or knowledge of products and promotions. The biggest disappointment was with the associate by the name of Heidi because she is too concerned over the attitude and the tone of voice by dissatisfied customers.Welcome to customer service! If people don’t like the attitude of customers then work a job that doesn’t require talking to people.
Wow, I have not been to a bath and body in many years and now I am wondering why. Today I had the best experience because of Wonderful, her name is perfect for her!!! She has amazing customer service skills, she is friendly and welcoming. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you Wonderful, I will be back!!!
The staff was incredibly rude. I understand black Friday can get crazy but today they couldn't get their lines straight, started accusing people of cutting the line and kicking us out. The lady behind us even said we had been in line when the employee asked her. She made us move 7 min before 12pm after wed already been waiting patiently and the 10$ off coupon expires conveniently at 12pm. I'll definitely be reaching out to corporate to recommend they make this store take a customer service course they obviously never had
