Ordered for store pickup and it wasn’t ready when I got there. I was told I could grab my own items from the shelf, which I had no problem with. However two items that were advertised on sale and in stock on their app had “different packaging” so they cancelled the original order, rung the same items up and charged me full price for the two. I bought a candle online and it came in broken. I went into the Deptford store to exchange it. I was waiting in line and noticed the sales associate radioed for help as the line was getting longer. I went to reselect something, got back in line, and was assisted by the same associate that radioed for more help. She was the only person on register on a busy Friday night yet was still pleasant and calm. She even apologized for my broken candle!! I have to say what a lovely young woman markiyah is my fiancé and I went in today with a work gift card we had no idea on how to use she was able to verify it was usable in the store and showed us how to get it to work thank you so much markiyah ☺️
I’m assuming there has been a string of robberies lately at that store since I was blatantly followed around the store while I was browsing their products. There was no greeting and the employee at the front proceeded to follow me from the front to the back of the store. I understand the need to prevent theft but at least make it less obvious.
