Review for Bath & Body Works I came in to pick up my preorder for the Disney release and ended up finding a few more things I liked $110 worth, to be exact! While I was excited about my purchase, my experience at checkout was disappointing. The store was pretty empty, with only one other patron actively shopping, so there was no rush or long line. Picked up 6 candles in Deptford today! Great staff and in particular Sonya (possibly spelled wrong) was FABULOUS. Very helpful!!! The Falling Flurries candle(s) smells so delicuous!!
I have had good experiences with online order pick-up from this store until this past week. Placed an order on 10/2 and was planning to pick it up yesterday, 10/6. However, on 10/3 I received a notification my order had been picked up. Both my partner and I were at work in Philadelphia. We then arrive yesterday as planned to see if it was a mistake and sure enough our order was not there.
