went to Bath & Body Works to browse items, but the cashier with brown hair was rude and arrogant. She didn’t greet me when I returned products, and when I picked my items, she even smudged the merchandise PIN for the cash redemption. Very unprofessional.

had a disappointing experience with the cashier during my visit. She was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction, which made the checkout unpleasant. When I asked for a bag, she told me there weren’t any available — even though I could clearly see plenty right behind her. It came across as unhelpful and unprofessional. I usually expect at least a basic level of courtesy at the register, and unfortunately this experience fell short

The customer service here was awful. An employee was rude, dismissive, and acted like she couldn’t be bothered to help me when I asked a simple question. Her unprofessional attitude made the whole shopping experience unpleasant.i wish i had gotten her name but she was heavyset with dark brown hair and was working cash register.

I went today to get gift for my colleagues and i asked for ribbon to pack gifts which they are suppose to give and I was able to see it clearly even though both of the cashier denied that they don’t have ribbons. Cashier:3275727
