I went to the mall a couple times last week with my daughter. Both times we were completely ignored. Every person that walked in got a Welcome in except me. They looked at me and then looked away. First time I was the only one in that store while the employees talked amongst themselves. However it wAs a good learning opportunity for my child. I told her don't act like these workers they don't know anything about costumer service.
I truly don’t understand how it takes 2-4+ hours to grab an online order. If you call them they’ll put you on hold and won’t pick back up.
Very helpful associate!
Always great friendly service! I love their rewards program!
Trying to place an online pick up order. Takes days for them to decide to pick it so most the items i selected are no longer available. Very annoying
