I love this place
Absolutely amazing staff in this store. My 2yo daughter and I went in, window shopping, and the staff were so sweet to her as we smelled candles. They overheard me telling her we couldn’t afford a small kid-size backpack but we’d buy it next week, and one of the employees did an amazing job upselling me (I mean it!) by bringing out two bags that were on sale for 75% off—how could I say no to a pink unicorn bag my daughter immediately loved!? I make a online purchase and when I was on my way to pick up my order 10 minutes before I got there they sent me an email stating that some of my order or all of my order is canceled when I went in the store to pick it up they had the bag in their hand with my order and would not give it to me because today is black Friday and every item in the store you buy three get three free the manager decided not to give me my order She wanted to sell it to me by me buying 3 get 3 free and she would not give me my refund.
