Tommie is genuinely the best worker I’ve ever seen and she completely and wholeheartedly made my entire year!! Not only was the customer service absolutely fantastic but she found my HOLY GRAIL scent that’s been out of stock in the back! This hard worker needs a raise immediately <3
Please let the worker know this is the reason why I do not buy candles* She tried to make it a point in store to say Candles were wax and non-cancerous and attempted to cause a scene. She is 100% incorrect and needs to educate herself* There is a reason you shouldn’t use candles daily or in non ventilated rooms. Stop lying in front of customers to sell items. We will not be returning to this location. -She was a Caucasian heavy set women*
I came here for 1 purchase and received 3 different "policy" updates. The excuse of having alot of new trainees was a poor excuse meaning you have not properly trained your employees and the customer service is out sourced and also poorly trained. This entire company is useless from my experience.
Always great ladies working. And so friendly !
