Bath & Body Works at Tempe Marketplace is one of my favorite locations! The store is always clean, well-organized, and full of seasonal changes that make every visit exciting. I especially love their candle selection—favorites like the Lemon Zest and Coffee Espresso candles never disappoint, and it’s fun to see the store transform with summer collections, Halloween themes, and holiday specials. Very friendly staff. Ordered online and was quick with my purchase. Good selection of items on sale.
Went for the semi annual sale 06/18/2025 Product was placed on the wrong shelves and manager on staff was argumentative. We showed items to sales staff and she apologized for items being in the wrong place. Staff removed product from the shelf and advised manager should be able to fix receipt we were charged full price for. Manager was very argumentative instead of assisting fix the issue and didn’t want to honor the 50% even though the items were on the sales table.
