I personally don't like this store. I think it's overpriced but the smells are great!
Bath and Body Works has a policy that customers who purchase items online to pick up in-store do not have their purchase fulfilled until 3 to 4 hours after the store opens, according to Tammy at the Huntington Beach, CA location. What this means is when limited edition items are released, the customers who go to the store have priority while the customers who placed online orders ahead of time for pick up are placed on the back burner, which results in sold out items and the orders being canceled.
