Great experience great service great sale
I was so pleased to meet Deaviana at the UP Mall location in Mishawaka today. She was so cheerful and friendly, and a pleasure to work with! She and Ashton both were patient and helpful with the assistance I needed. The store manager, Robert, was also really helpful and kind. Thanks to this staff for their wonderful customer service!!
I will never go to this Bath and body Works again the lady at the checkout had no idea how you’re able to use your coupons! and that you can use your coupons together. She made me ring everything up separately and then also told me that you don’t get the sale price after you buy 3 x 3 free it, normally rings up half price on all of the body care for the sale and it will continue to ring up the sale if you get 8, but she told me that wasn’t the case and she would have to ring it up separately and do a buy two get one free sin... read more
I went there today just to pick up an order I had made from their sale. But of course I walked through all the beautiful news spring products. I didn’t get out of there without buying one more thing! I love Bath and body Works!
There’s a African-American manager with a jerry curl Type hairstyle! This manager makes it her duty to avoid all the African-American customers! This manager will absolutely not speak or greet any one of color! I have shopped this store for years and every time I go into the store, I watch how she walks the floor and greets other individual customers, but constantly avoids all the African-American shoppers!
