I asked an employee (looked like a manager) a question and he was more worried to keep his conversation with his friends than to actually help me
The associates are always so friendly. I love when the body care goes on sale for $5.95. I stock up seasonally on my favorite scents.
Worst experience at Bath&Body works. Got some coupons in the mail. Hardly go in, I was a bit confused with the coupons. Asian Lady was extremely rude. Gave me an attitude, acted like if I was being a bother. I clearly asked for help and while at register she looks at her co worker next to her giving her this “ Look”. I stated not to look at her and just help me out! It’s clear that I was struggling. Then proceeded to try to be nice. I was so over it. People need to be trained on how to work at certain places. Ruined my mood.
Great experience great service great sale
