The staff here was not helpful and rude.
I got drug in by my wife. While I was standing around trying to look interested I noticed a men's section. Once over there I noticed a bunch of stuff in addition to beard wash and balm. I ended up walking out with a bunch of stuff. Oh and the staff here is outstanding. We were helped by three different staff members the moment we walked in the door. I'm sorry I didn't catch everyone's name, but Meagan (and I know that was spelled differently on her name tag) , but she took us through a tour of the men's products. Thanks.
I’ve been a loyal Bath & Body Works customer for many years and have always enjoyed excellent service at my former store in Naples, Florida. The associates there were knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, this location is the exact opposite. I’m leaving this review after giving the location several attempts. The associates here seem untrained and unsure of even the basics, such as working the registers. They come across as unfriendly, annoyed, or just plain disinterested.
