Placed my order online Quick and Easy Pick up!
Store was completely picked through one of the employees smelled very strongly of weed and of course I get all the way home and realize they forgot my candle in the bag since they closed in a few minutes I called and was told by one of the employees that “you can come back and they might give it to you” like what? I already paid for it so I better get my candle I paid for? 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back what a waste of time I will not return to this location.
We shop here regularly, Maya is always so friendly and helpful. She really goes above and beyond. Thank you!
I enjoy going to this location so much more than Lee’s Summit. They don’t hound you as soon as you come in. However, they don’t greet either. I didn’t receive any info on the sales, did I need help, or anything. They were chatting with a former employee and it wasn’t until I asked questions, were they helpful & bubbly. This store’s displays are on point as is the cleanliness. They have plenty of options & have the new items on deck!! They have the deals (clearance bins) clearly marked.
