I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent in-store experience that does not reflect the level of customer service I have come to expect from Bath & Body Works. I am a long-time customer and rewards member who regularly purchases candles, body washes, lotions, and other products. Recently, I placed an order of over 15 candles. Have never had any problems at this location. Even though this mall is slotted to close down , I truly hope this Bed Bath Bodywork’s is relocated and stays in Belair Md because this is one of the better retail stores to shop in.

I am a nursing mother who just had a baby 3 months ago and decided to go to Harford mall on August 7th 2025. My mother, 2 months old baby (at the time) and I had stopped at Bath and body works for about 2 minutes to spray some testers and ask questions about the sales they had going on. We left after speaking to an associate who i can only assume was Beth the store manager.
