The associate who was filling online orders (after me inquiring about if I should wait or go home because I placed my order the night before )was ignorant and rude.I get it she was busy but her tone and then to complain to me that she had no idea because she came in this morning to 45 orders to have to fill and was ignorant.I told her that she could be a bit more pleasant and then she put her head down o ignore me.She is the reason I am canceling my order which btw I just received a text is was ready lol and will take my bus... read more

First and last time coming to this. Most of the employees are sweet and helpful. I was assisted by a cashier named Grace, I was purchasing a large number of items and knew I would be walking through the mall so I asked her to double bag my order. Usually that’s not a problem, but clearly today it was. I had to ask two more times and then hear her complain about doing it and that it’s a piece of cardboard at the bottom of the bag…which mind you is also super thin.

I frequent this BBW. Most always employees are kind. Occasionally someone is aloof and maybe they are having a bad day, it happens. However today I phone the store, I had placed a pickup order, I had an infusion appt scheduled and it got moved and I don’t live close. I phoned and explained, the employee seemed super annoyed that I was asking. Then put me on hold, I was unaware until I heard the on hold music.
