I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent in-store experience that does not reflect the level of customer service I have come to expect from Bath & Body Works. I am a long-time customer and rewards member who regularly purchases candles, body washes, lotions, and other products. Recently, I placed an order of over 15 candles. Have never had any problems at this location. Even though this mall is slotted to close down , I truly hope this Bed Bath Bodywork’s is relocated and stays in Belair Md because this is one of the better retail stores to shop in.
