This is maybe my 5th visit to the store. 2 have been order pickups. Every time staff has been friendly & welcoming. Once my (at the time) 8 year old daughter peppered a staff member with questions and she seemed to actually appreciate the exchange (which as a tired mom impressed me) & once my pre teen son was supposed to pick something out but was acting "too cool" to be in a b&bw and yet a staff member helped him find something he considered acceptable after dismissing all my questions & suggestions, so kudos to them for bo... read more
