The area was well organized, very clean, and the associates were very helpful and friendly.
Absolutely terrible customer service experience. I spent over an hour and a half trying to correct a simple shipping address mistake that I noticed immediately after placing my order with Apple Pay. Within 30 seconds of submitting my order, I joined Bath & Body Works' chat and explained the issue. The employees here are always so helpful and kind. My kid accidentally broke a candle once at this store, and they not only said not to worry about it, but helped her feel better, too. Plus they do an amazing job on the arrangements.
one of my favorite stores to shop at! They truly have everything you need, from candles and body sprays to lotions, soaps, and home fragrances. Every corner of the store smells amazing the moment you walk in. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient, making the shopping experience even better.
