I had a very disappointing experience at this Bath & Body Works location today. I came in because it was my birthday and I wanted to redeem my birthday reward. I have been a Bath & Body Works member for years, so I was very surprised by the way I was treated. As soon as I walked into the store, the two employees made me feel uncomfortable. Why did they discontinued True Blue Spa foot soak? There is nothing else like it.
Was at the Cherry Creek Mall today to buy my daughter a Stanley cup at Zumiez. While there I had wanted to pick up a new fragrance at Bath and Body Works. We left Zumiez with about 15 minutes or so before the Mall closed at 6. I'm recovering from a knee injury so I'm not able to walk as quickly as normal, and I arrived at Bath & Body Works as quickly as possible and got there with 7 minutes until the store was supposed to close.
