Horrible experience! Emily the cashier working on 12/27 around 2:30 was absolutely awful. You could tell she hated her job and she wasn’t even the one checking me out. The gentleman next to me asked about prices she says everything’s on sale and wouldn’t check the price for him being super rude. Incident date: 12-15-25 Time: 11:55am approximately On 12-15-25 my wife and I go to the pickup counter for our order. As we approached -two ladies were standing there without greeting us (seemingly bothered) I then said, "hello how are yall doing" -politely. I understand it is a stressful time of the year and that with one of your biggest sales of the year ending yesterday im sure there were an overwhelming amount of orders to be filled today, however, a woman named Kayla/Karla/something to that effect working the online orders around noon today needs to find a job that does not entail her working customer service with the general public. Store allegedly closes at 8pm (both per their posted sign and online), pulled up at 7:20pm and had the door locked in my face.
