Kessandra at this store is AMAZING!!! I went in about a couple of weeks ago for the semi-annual sale. Usually, I'm a pretty independent shopper who doesn't like to be bothered by or bother the sales associates, but Kessandra made ALL THE DIFFERENCE this time around. She is EXTREMELY approachable, pleasant, knowledgeable, and ready to help. MANY THANKS for a MEMORABLE and DELIGHTFUL visit!
The male gentleman working on Mother’s Day (I think maybe Eddie? That was new from SC) went above and beyond! He was so kind, helpful and informative. Customer service is definitely his forte.
The scents are not as strong as they used to be anymore. I don't know if this was in response to some people complaining about stronger scented items, but they barely smell like anything. I even put on a lot of the tester body cream and hardly any difference whatsoever. Really hope they make their items smell as strong as they used to again. Will go to L'Occitane instead.
