The male gentleman working on Mother’s Day (I think maybe Eddie? That was new from SC) went above and beyond! He was so kind, helpful and informative. Customer service is definitely his forte.
The scents are not as strong as they used to be anymore. I don't know if this was in response to some people complaining about stronger scented items, but they barely smell like anything. I even put on a lot of the tester body cream and hardly any difference whatsoever. Really hope they make their items smell as strong as they used to again. Will go to L'Occitane instead.
Horrible experience! Emily the cashier working on 12/27 around 2:30 was absolutely awful. You could tell she hated her job and she wasn’t even the one checking me out. The gentleman next to me asked about prices she says everything’s on sale and wouldn’t check the price for him being super rude. Didn’t say anything my transaction wasn’t ringing up right so I asked for a manager from my cashier and Emily has to make a smart remark about me asking for a manager I then proceeded to say that she was being absolutely rude she goe... read more
