Manager here was not helpful. I have anxiety when it comes to returning items, and this experience made it worse. I was trying to return an item that I purchased a couple of weeks ago. Online it states that if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it. I had removed the tag, but nowhere online did it say the tag was required. The manager asked if I had a receipt, and I said yes, so we went to the register. She then told me she couldn’t process the return because the item was missing a piece. I hope the management sees this. I was sent over to this Bath & Body Works store by the Jefferson store because they were the only store from Park Meadows to Littleton that had the Rapunzel pedestal. It was such a longgggg day searching and this was the 6th store I went to. I was met with so much help and kindness from Carmen and Lana. They were both so friendly and accomodating.
