I just visited this location today and I walked up to an employee name Marti whom was very rude I was attempting to ask her a question and she didn't acknowledge me or look at me. Then I said Hello and she said I hear you... When you work in customer service you should always acknowledge every customer especially when they are speaking to you. Amazing experience. Manager was very respectful and nice.
Purchased candles online for in store pickup.Listed as in stock.I waited two days and heard nothing.Stopped by store to check on status and was told they didn’t have them to begin with.Complete waste of time and now they have my money but no candles.
I ordered online about 4 hours ago and I didn’t know it would take this long for pickup. The store wasn’t even busy, and the lady who helped me was very rude and unprofessional. It seemed like she was ready to go home. I’m visiting the area and there was only about an hour left before the mall closed, if I didn’t speak up, I would’ve ended up having to pick up my order the next day. I hope this doesn’t happen to the next customer.
