I cannot say enough nice things about the ladies and gentlemen that work at this particular store. On one occasion they found the last two candles I had been looking for, like dug them out of the back... out of season because it was the only scent my gift recipient likes from B&BW. AND TODAY... my Disney order got canceled before I realized it, and they had the missing item returned, and still honored my 20% off.
