Idk if this place is short staffed or what but every other Bath and Body Works has someone at the front greeting you whenever you walk in and hands you a shopping bag while asking you if you need help finding anything. Not here. You're lucky if you leave here feeling like you were not in someone's way the entire time. This isn't my experience from one or two visits either. This is my experience from at least 5 separate visits at various times of the day and year. Be a little more personable. And keep a better stock.
Service was excellent.
Was greeted by two sweet lovely African American ladies as soon as my feet touched the store floor! LOVED THAT! Proceeded towards the cash warp, upon my arrival it was a customer in front of me. So my daughter & I stood there & made small talk. Now it was two registers open, well at least that’s what I thought. When the customer finishes her transaction (in front of me) she walks by I step aside. I move towards the register, the white cashier that was previously helping the customer moves.
