Just went in to bath and body works on youree dr. I think that its rude not to welcome, customers in the store or even thank them for the purchases. A young man at the register didn't even acknowledge you or even thank you. After all its the customers who make sure that you have a job.
Very racist! All black staff. I walked in the manager was at the front door and ignored me. A couple off minutes later a black gentleman walked in and she immediately said, what can I help you with and proceeded helping him. After he left she still didn't offer to help me as i was searching now for about 10 minutes nor did any other staff offer assistance. Finally i asked if they had a manager available and I was guided to the 1st lady who ignored me. That's when i left. I will never shop there again.
Their products are cheaply made now and go bad very quickly and they are so outrageously priced now I can only shop there if I have a coupon or if they have a good sale
