I have never had an experience like today. I have a crap load of BBW...2 cabnits full. However today about 2 pm I walked in . Your associate Jody acted like she could care less about being at the store. She never smiled, she wasn't greeting people walking in. She acted like it was a real chore to even help. The day before we came in and was told that the aromatherapy stuff was now included in the buy 2 get 2 when we asked about it she responded " well do you see a sign up stating that"? Just an overall horrible experience.
