Not as friendly specially at the register. Most of the girls are more into their self enhancing in conversation an very rude. For most of the time you have to ask for help.
Everything was well-stocked and nicely presented, unfortunately I was disappointed with the offerings. I didn’t find any scents that resonated with me—most of them weren’t subtle enough for my liking. If you’re looking for a particular scent in different formats (lotion, hand creams, candles, and what have you), I don’t think Bath and Bodyworks is a bad option for the price range. For quality skincare and candles though, there are definitely better options out there.
I love the company and the store. They make sure to have all products fully stocked. For everyone saying they didn't have the scent they wanted sometimes they discontinue it and bring it back the next year. Staff are always there and waiting on you. I have two dressers full one of lotion body wash and body spray and the next full of their candles and wall plugs scents and car scents.
The girl staff were huddle in a group and they were chitchatting and did not answer or acknowledge us. But the boys on the registers were very nice and answer my questions.
