I have been a BBW customer for a very long time. I have never had an issue with any store I’ve ever shopped at, until today. I placed an order, it charged my card (yes, a temporary hold/charge). Never order online for pickup... thought it would be easier and turned into a refund and a lot of unnecessary stress. Im so thoroughly disappointed and will most definitely purchase somewhere else in the future. I would recommend not to order online pickup yall, go to the store if you grace this business with your hard earned money.
The way Esther treats customers is extremely unprofessional and rude. I came in the evening when they weren't busy and when Esther came out to the counter to "help" me she literally just snapped "what?!" at me. I have my products on the counter, I'm ready to pay for them, what else do you think I want? Like really, is that how you greet customers now? Even just a simple "hey" would be fine, and no greeting would be better than a rude "what??" for the crime of coming to spend hard earned money on your employer's products.
I'm incredibly disappointed in Bath & Body Works for firing an employee simply because she stood by her religious beliefs. A long-time manager in was let go for not using pronouns that go against her faith even though she still treated her coworker with respect and used their chosen name. This wasn’t about hate or harassment, it was about someone exercising their First Amendment rights and living according to their conscience.
