They keep telling me the coupons sent to my email have been used, even though they definitely haven't been. This has happened several times. Instead of helping their customers in the store, their only solution is for me to call customer support. I am not wasting more of my time on hold for a problem that is theirs.
One of my very most favorite stores!!! They have amazing lotions and body sprays/ perfume. Oh my goodness I love this place
Came in during the weekend, i absolutely love this location and especially because of Carson! very hardworking and he helped me find exactly what i needed. he deserves a raise!!! i definitely will be coming back
Came in to use a gift card. We did not know how much was on it. We asked a staff member, who scanned it, and said it had $15.00. After choosing a few items in the store, we proceeded to the cash register where we were told the gift card did not have a balance. Despite the staff member confirming that the gift card did actually have funds on it when she scanned it only a few moments ago, the store refused to honor the gift card. I had a issued with my gift card not working, and the Manager Sherri was so helpful! She went way above and beyond to get the issue fixed! She was patient and just perfect with the situation! Customer service are rude and not knowledge with gift card issues.
