Jasmyn and Lilly were disrespectful to my father and I.
I'm obsessed with this store and location. The ladies the work the Bluhawk location are simply amazing. They're so kind, knowledgeable, funny and helpful. I'm never disappointed and spend way too much money there! All the ladies are incredible but I've caught one name and that's Leslie. She might be a manager and she's always wonderful. Anyways they run a beautiful store and staff. I've been away for BBW for years because of Ingredients, but that has all changed and I'm 100% all in again. Take my $$$🤣
I search the store for a particular product line. I asked a sales associate for help and she was not familiar with the sensitive skin care line and told me they didn’t carry no such products. As I leaving the store I found the section. Upon entrance the products were not visible to me because a sales associate was greeting standing in the way of the products. Due to the sales associate remarks and lack of knowledge I was too irritated and disappointed to make a purchase.
This is not a good place to work or shop. I know for a fact that they don't treat their employees with respect (especially the manager). They push you to purchase instead of letting you roam the area and decide for yourself. I will shop at any of their other stores but not this one.
