Visited this location to redeem a reward for a free item. I was in and out quickly, although they seemed busy. The staff were friendly and the store was easy to navigate. I hope to return in the future for some new fall candles.

I have always loved B&BW's. Today I walked in here with my family and was attacked verbally by an employee. This lady wanted to tell us about their deals which I understand trying to make a sale but I rejected them without saying much. She continued to walk directly behind me around displays, basically yelling in my ear, I again rejected what she was trying to sell.
