Went in to restock on my candles and wall scents, was greeted in a friendly manner until they wanted to spray a new scent on me, I informed them that I have a fragrance allergy regarding lotions and perfumes and the welcoming tone changed to hostility and I was then asked “why are you even here then” and was then treated very poorly by the associate after my allergy statement.
I absolutely loved 😍 my visit! 💟 I stopped by looking for a new scent and as I stepped in I was greeted so kindly and welcomed into the store in such a friendly and inviting manner by Jasmine 😀, she was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The options were plenty too. And unlike the other reviewer (Lyssa Sutton) who seemed butt hurt as she describes that she always feels "attacked" when she visits because people are being nice, I didn't get that vibe every other employee in the store was busy doing their own thing while I ... read more
I always feel attacked when I come in here, 6 people ask me the same question the first3 seconds I come in. Chill, if I have a question or I need something, I will come find you. I don’t need you to surround me.
