Love the store and its employees. But extremely disappointed the company discontinued the men’s grooming line. For years I have been using the beard oils and creams. I have tried other types but so many had heavy oils and the Creams did not have a nice manly smell. Didn’t know this was happening and now I’m not sure where to go. And now I see everywhere a lot of men have the same complaint. Was it doing that bad it had to be dropped? Please bring it back.
They purposely denied my debit card purchase because they believed that I was committing fraud, I’ve worked in retail for years and was treated horribly wrong after being a loyal customer to this company, I will definitely not be back, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Went in to shop for some wallflowers cruztio (I'm not sure if I spelled that right) was super helpful told me about the deals going on, recommended some wallflowers for me to try out even sampled some too! Then sampled the new scent they got going on got me buying the buy 2 get 1 free! Love the Vera Bradley collab. Super helpful young man with such a big smile everytime I asked him for help has knowledge like a book for Bath & Body Works. Has such a bubbly personality that sells well, and is super relatable!
