I had a fantastic experience at the Bath & Body Works in the Grand Teton Mall! The store was inviting, and the entire team was so friendly and professional. Love all the smells. Some of the candles cam be pretty intense, so I recommend having some ventilation in your home.
I visited this location recently and had a very mixed experience. On one hand, the store associates were fantastic. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, making the shopping experience pleasant as I browsed through their great selection of scents. However, the management was another story. I witnessed the manager interacting with a customer in a very cold and unprofessional manner. She was visibly unkind, didn’t smile, and seemed completely disinterested in providing good service.
