The staff on tonight were working hard with a lot of in store traffic. Props to them! Also a big thank you to Brandon! Made sure to let me know of the deals and a birthday gift reward I didn’t even think about! Loved the attitude and positivity!

My favorite store.
They refused to hand out my BOPS order. Since I was denied this service here, I had to contact customer service to place an order for a different location instead. At this location, BOPS orders are now simply being cancelled across the board. Do not shop here! The staff is extremely rude and not even trying to be accommodating. The other Bath & Body Works stores in the area, however, are great. I now drive to Salem, Merrimack or Nashua, they are fantastic! BBW you need to get new staff for this locations.
Buyer beware: Semi annual sale - purchased an item at the store in salem, nh for 50% off only to find out less than 48 hours later now the same item in the manchester nh store is 75% off, when i asked for a price adjustment (i didnt even want money just a store credit towards another purchase) the guy who worked their smiled and so "sorry we cant do that" he explained that in the span of less than 48 hours the price has dropped and basically thats too bad for me Then i asked where an item was in the store that was said to be... read more
