This is the worst TRASH company that i had to deal. In my whole life. They are RUDE and Lazy, i just don't understand why the county tolerate this company all the time having all these other better companies around I'll have an appointment with county reps soon to explain my case as always leave my trash/recycle bins just for Laziness.
Their yard waste pickup is the absolute worst. According to Prince William county they were supposed to start in March and when I called they said they weren’t going to stat until April because of the severe winter weather we had. Since then they have only picked it up once on the scheduled day. I have called numerous times and have been told that they notified operations but nothing gets done. Possibly the single worst trash company anyone could contract. They skip entire streets like they don't know they're there. We've watched them drive past and apparently just decide not to pick up. It's wild that Google is prompting me for info in this review that includes describing services received. What services? I could wish my trash into a cornfield and it's more likely to disappear than if Bates is on the job.
