Bad Experience My experience was a memorable one for the worst reasons. I recieved a fruit bouquet which became the gift that keep on giving for the rest of the evening. Within minutes of consuming a few pieces of fruit I became nauseous and subsequently vomited and well imagine the rest. It was terrible but not as terrible as the lack of the concern from the manager Jose? who hid behind the sales associated and showed a lack of concern. I had my pool motor go out one Friday afternoon. After doing a few test, I new I would have to get a new motor. Friday Night, I went to service magic.com and search for pool repair. I was given 3 contacts. Bates Pool called me friday night and made arrangements to come out on Saturday to check out my motor. Before Saturday night, Kevin Bates had my new motor installed and my pool was running again. This is what I call first class service. I highly recommend Bates Pool Mechanix for your pool needs.
