I had purchased a new vehicle from Bates Nissan. I discovered repairs needed to be made. Then,when another repair needed to be made, i had to return the vehicle, under warranty. I was placed in a rental until paperwork completed to get me out of that vehicle and into another New vehicle. Customer Satisfaction was key. Over the years. I've purchased over 5 Nissan vehicles, all from Bates. Making a wrong right; Customer Satisfaction is key at Nissan.
I had to rent a car and was helped by Wilma. She made the entire experience very pleasant and helped me out tremendously.
Needed a rental, so we stopped here after Enterprise informed us they didn't have any left. Process was quick and easy, we were in and out in five minutes. More dealerships should offer rentals like this. Will definitely use them again if needed.
