Entire experience with this business was excellent! The showroom is beautiful. There are so many different styles to choose from that no matter what you are looking for you’ll find it here. Our salesman was thoughtful, patient, and incredibly helpful. He even took time to go through the kiosk with us to look at other items that were not on the floor to assist with our decision making. On June 5, 2025, I bought a washing machine at this furniture store and the same day I installed it, the machine made a very loud noise. The next day I called the furniture store to explain the problem and the only thing they told me was that they no longer had anything to do with it, that I had to call GE for the warranty. I called GE and they told me that the furniture store had to give me a new washing machine and that GE would send the machine to be repaired at the furniture store.
