I called after my loved ones passing to see what my next step would be and the paralegal got on the phone was completely rude and asked me what I wanted. I told her they didn’t have to take my case but I was unclear on exactly what I needed that’s why I was calling she said some other attorneys name and hung up on me. I could believe how rude she was.
