Shelley was patient and helpful. Delivered to Port carling for us ( not free, but they don't usually deliver there anymore) She had to reschedule delivery 2 or 3 x due to our home not being finished on expected date. Purchased quite a few bedroom pcs. She made late adjustments for us after we found our room was a bit smaller than planned. Her delivery guys were not suitable for the task but fortunately we had extra help on site. They did not help set up only deliver. Horrible experience! First moved to Tweed 1 year ago and spent 2000.00 on furniture. Everything was fine minus she was not willing to make any sort of deal. I recently ordered two items paid in full on debit waited one week with no call, I then phoned her and she stated that she would not be able to sell me the items because of the stock issue and that if she sold the items with a bed she would make more money so if she refused to sell it to me.
