Asked for discount on 2 barstools and was told they are actually priced incorrectly and should be $15 more . Returned 3 weeks later to pick up stools and still had same price we purchased at.. Was going to make a significant purchase od a lounge suite but when you are lied to I would rather take my money and business to someone who is honest Also did not realize I had to put stools together ( not advised by saleswoman ) may as well went IKEA..
The owners of this business are real good genuine people, the showroom is beautifully set out (I highly recommend people go for a look, it’s spacious and eye catching) and they have a great range of products. We will definitely be shopping there soon and I recommend others do the same!
Beautiful quality furnishings. Excellent knowledgeable friendly staff. Don't waste your valuable time or money elsewhere.
Poor communication and customer service. Provided incorrect leather care for our purchase.
Ordered and purchased a beautiful leather lounge suite from the store that was expensive however worth the wait. My concern was when l returned to the store to purchase some leather cleaner/conditioner. The product cost $70 which l paid for only to find out afterwards that you can buy the exact same product anywhere for $27, l understand that people need to make money however that is excessive, really did spoil my experience
