Strange place, poor service and probably won’t return.
We visited your lovely furniture showroom in Ballarat on Saturday and just wanted to say a huge thank you to Paul and Jules for helping us select the perfect furniture for our new home. So pleased to have been able to purchase such quality brands locally. Don’t waste your valuable time or money elsewhere. Thank you 🙏
Asked for discount on 2 barstools and was told they are actually priced incorrectly and should be $15 more . Returned 3 weeks later to pick up stools and still had same price we purchased at.. Was going to make a significant purchase od a lounge suite but when you are lied to I would rather take my money and business to someone who is honest Also did not realize I had to put stools together ( not advised by saleswoman ) may as well went IKEA..
The owners of this business are real good genuine people, the showroom is beautifully set out (I highly recommend people go for a look, it’s spacious and eye catching) and they have a great range of products. We will definitely be shopping there soon and I recommend others do the same!
