Shelby has been instrumental in helping me achieve my goals. She is thorough, honest and willing to offer several options that would assist me in reaching my goals. She went over pros and cons of each treatment and was upfront with the investment for each option. She follows up and celebrates your achievements with you.

I’m so happy with the treatment I’ve received here with Shelby, She is always responsive to any concerns or questions I may have outside of scheduled appointments. Her commitment to provide state of the art equipment to offer her clients shows her desire to provide outstanding care. Her knowledge has helped uncover an unknown illness and her treatment plan has me on a path to be the healthiest Ive been in a long while. Shelby at Batavia Wellness is wonderful & makes you feel extremely comfortable when dealing with the uncomfortable topic of obesity. She took the time to go over my bloodwork and review all of the options, there was never any pressure to purchase anything but she gave me all of the information I needed to make the correct choice. She is extremely educated and has providing me with so much support & motivation. I would highly recommend Shelby when you're ready to begin your wellness journey!

Shelby knows best!! She was absolutely wonderful in helping me understand what I had going on and the FULL panel of bloodwork we went over helped explain what I was lacking. After following suggestions given by Shelby and with her continued support, my body is feeling the best it has felt in years!
