I went to buy a pair of shoes in bata college road for my child but they said that the shoes is not available in the size which I wanted but I got to know from another store that Bata college road had the shoes in that size which I wanted.They lied to us.Very disappointed with the service.
Very poor customer service. The staff are not interested in helping customers find the right collection or sizes. They appear unmotivated and unwilling to assist. It almost feels like they would prefer to shut the shop rather than attend to customers. Highly disappointing experience.
