Great experience visiting the Bata Store zoo road showroom! The store is clean, spacious, and well-organized with clear sections for men, women, and kids. The staff was polite and helpful in finding the right sizes. Good variety of formal, casual, and daily-wear footwear at reasonable prices
Customer care very good. My pair of sandals was not available in the store but the customer Service team- Ms . Sagorika Patar & Sanjiv Baura went out of the way & Sanjiv took his bike to the Bhangagar store & as promised delivered my pair of sandals at exactly 8. 30 pm as promised . Excellent service. At the same time I strongly feel that with the competition in the market The Bata Comany is not doing enough to bring prices at par with other branded products.
