Poor product quality and disappointing customer service. I bought formal sandals from Bata and the stitching came off within just 4 hours of normal use. I exchanged the pair expecting better quality, but the replacement had the exact same issue. This clearly shows poor manufacturing standards and lack of quality checks. What is even more disappointing is that despite facing the same defect twice, the store is now refusing to replace or resolve the issue properly.
