I asked him if there was any salesperson available to show me some footwear, and he replied that I would have to wait for some time. Meanwhile, I noticed that a member of the staff was busy watching Instagram reels on his mobile phone instead of attending to customers. I found this behavior unprofessional and disappointing, which negatively affected my shopping experience.
