Purchased a sandal for my dad, happy with the product but the attitude of the salesperson is pathetic. Completely aloof and zero interest in serving the customer. I had to step in as a sales girl and help out in trying the sandals. We have been to multiple bata showrooms but never had to face such a dilemma. Management is requested to recruit people who actually care for their work.
