Had a horrible experience at this showroom. The staff here are completely uninterested in doing their jobs. They were incredibly lazy and acted like helping a customer was a massive burden. To make matters worse, when we finally liked a pair of sandals, they refused to get us a fresh piece from the back. Instead, they expected us to buy the dirty display piece that had clearly been tried on by dozens of people. When we asked for a fresh pair, they flat out denied it.

The store shows it open till 9.30 but the manager and the employees shut the door at 9 and dont let the customer in . He says we close at 9 .
Visited this Bata store recently and was unhappy with the attitude of the showroom manager. The behavior came across as arrogant and dismissive, which made the shopping experience uncomfortable. Bata is a reputed brand, so I expected much better customer service
